Lely Welger Balers

Lely Welger RP 545 Master Round Baler

The unique bale size of up to 2.0 m diameter turns even this basic model into something very special.

The high intake capacity, the short stops for wrapping and ejection and the large bale volumes result in the baler operating longer in the swath and fewer bales lying in the field ready to be collected – a surprisingly high overall total performance.

Even the basic range model is fitted with a 2.25 m wide pick-up as well as a star rotor which transports the material continuously into the bale chamber.

The Power split gearbox transmission ensures strong and safe drive in all operational conditions.

The BCE Baler control is used to operate the most important functions from the driver's cab.

Massey Ferguson Mowers

Farmer Series disc mowers

Ideal for farmers with low horsepower tractors or a limited amount of mowing to carry out. The MF1309 boasts a lot of features usually found on more expensive machines. A PTO shaft with free wheel clutch transfers the power through a flexible V belt from the tractor to the inline 7 disc cutterbar.
Each cutting head is fitted with a roll pin shear bolt protection, in case obstacles are hit, which can easily be replaced in the field if required.
The flat profile is ideal for heavy crops and combines with the standard stone guard and large hardened skid to ensure years of trouble free service.
The MF1309 at 2.82m wide gives a very sturdy and economical solution to the small and medium size farm without compromising quality and finish.

Professional series disc mowers

Designed for contractors and larger farms, this range of mowers features individual compact angular gears driven by a rear mounted hexagonal shaft with rupture protection, should a large obstacle be hit.
This means extremely smooth power transfer to all discs, less wear than a conventional gear drive equalling longer and more reliable cutterbar life.
The wedge shaped bar means that a low cut is possible and the 'Big Disc' design ensures a large overlap to make a clean cut of even the most long and difficult crops.
The modular design means that servicing in the field is both quick and easy should it be required.
A quick change knife system is standard on the Professional mowers to increase the efficiency of operation.
The Professional series offers many exclusive features to the contractor or larger farm. High performance and low maintenance means more efficiency and lower operating costs. As an option for a linkage mower conditioner the DM1358 can be quickly and easily retrofitted with a RC Roller conditioner, while the DM1361 can be retrofitted with a KC Tine conditioner.

Professional Series 2PL Mower Conditioner

Utilising a two point hitch and side mounted bogie wheel the DM1382 and DM1384 offer a very economical and heavy duty option for wide area mower conditioning.
Utilising either the KC Tine conditioning unit or RC Roller conditioner unit, it simply folds out to the working position and then back behind the tractor for transport.
A sturdy main beam suspends the cutterbar and conditioning unit and provides a large area of movement to travel over obstacles with a vertical travel range of 430mm. Cutting height changes are carried out easily from a central crank as is surface pressure which is easily adaptable depending on conditions.
A swivel hitch drive connects directly to the cutterbar with drive shafts to ensure constant working speeds and performance whilst giving the ability to break back 90 deg should an obstacle be struck. The DM1382 and DM1384's unique design provides the opportunity for wide mowing and narrow transport width by lower horsepower tractors. It utilises the proven compact angular cutterbar, and KC and RC conditioning units to give an economical and efficient result.

Professional Series Centre Pivot Trailed Mower Conditioner

Available in 3.0m width with either KC Tine conditioner or RC Roller conditioning units the MF1383 utilises a swivel hitch and centre pivot frame to offer much versatility to the operator being able to mow to the left or right of the tractor and then tuck in directly behind the tractor for transport.
A simple parallelogram design supports the compact angular cutterbar and KC or RC conditioning unit and gives excellent contour following ability. Simple centrally mounted controls for height and ground contact match the MF1383 to any crop conditions.
The robust swivel hitch enables a choice of 540 or 1000 rpm pto speed and an ability to make extremely tight turns without stressing the drive train. The MF1383 offers plenty of simple to use features and proven design with flexibility and differing crop conditions in mind. Whether in a heavy wet silage crop or a delicate Lucerne crop it will continue to perform year after year.

Lely Hibiscus Cam Rakes

A cam rake should allow fast operations as well as the possibility to lay down an effective swath with the correct shape and width. After all, a good swath is decisive for the output and cutting action of the baler, forage harvester or pick-up loader wagon.

Lely Hibiscus S
The new serie of single rakes consists of three mounted models and a large trailed model. The Hibiscus 485 – with a rotor diameter of 3.80 m – is the largest single rotor rake on the market! The rakes are of a very rugged construction, with the Head-Lock system as an example of innovative thinking.

Lely Hibiscus CD
The first serie of double rakes with central delivery consists of four models and is distinguished by its robust construction and high output. The Hibiscus 725 CD is available in both Standard and Classic versions.

Lely Hibiscus SD
Two models with double rotors and side delivery with the same working width. The model 765 SD Vario, however, has the possibility to vary the working width and produce two swaths in one pass.

Lely Hibiscus CD Profi
The highest specification and widest model of Hibiscus rakes has two extremely large rotors, which deliver the swath to the middle. This rake is ideally suited for contractors or large cattle farms, who wish to get the crop into perfect swaths quickly.

    Lely Welger AP

    Secure synchronised chainless drive.
In order to guarantee the accurate timing of all components over the entire lifetime of a baler, the packers and knotters are driven entirely via torsionally rigid shafts and gears.

From the main hypoid gearbox, the drive is transmitted via a drive shaft and angular gear to the packer, knotter and needle drive.
No chains or belts are used; even the pick-up is driven with a shaft.
This increases reliability as well as minimising the amount of maintenance work required.
Complex work with tensioning and lubricating chains / belts is a thing of the past.

    Lely Welger 445 Tornado

With the Lely Welger RPC 445 Tornado Lely now launches the first fully variable baler/ wrapper combination of the market place.

In addition to a variable baling chamber, the automatic wrapping system is variable as well. The time the Tornado takes to wrap a bale is so short that the output of the variable round baler can be utilized to its full potential.

    MF 1839 Inline Square Baler

In-Line Square Balers are exclusive to Massey Ferguson and provide many advantages over conventional balers.

The efficient in-line design square balers assure that each square bale stacks like a brick and the chamber design virtually eliminates banana shaped bales produced by competitor conventional style balers.

The in-line baler also means that field and road positions are the same, this is not so for conventional balers which requires operators to constantly change from field to road positions.

Side draft in hilly conditions is not experienced with the in-line square balers because they are not heavier on one side. When baling with a Massey Ferguson square baler, the operator simply straddles the windrow the same as they would when they are round baling.

    MF 169v Round Balers

With two models to choose from the MF 169V round baler is perfect for farmers and contractors who are looking for a denser bale whether they are baling hay, silage or straw.

The two models available are: MF 169V with rotor feeder MF 169VC fitted with a 14 knife pre-cutter with reverser.
These feature: Belt and roller combination chamber designed to bale silage, hay and straw at all moisture levels.

Density, bale size, twine and net operation can all be controlled from the drivers seat using the monitor.

Servicing is made easy with high lift front and side covers that provide complete access to all working areas of the machine.
Automatic chain oiling system reduces maintenace costs.

Offers flexible baling for the farmer or contractor

    Massey Ferguson Rotor Rakes

    Single Rotor Rakes

Three models make up the single rotor rake range including two three point linkage models and one trailed model, giving coverage from 3.6m to 4.3m.
Fully sealed closed cam track with liquid grease protects against contamination resulting in a long service life.

In case of collision the rotor arms and rake arms can be exchanged separately to prevent excessive downtime.

Balloon tyres and tandem axles ensure smooth ground following, while the adjustable height and cam controls are located in a central position for ease of use.

Six wrap tines individually attached complete the package to give a smooth and accurate swath.

The MF range of rakes offers value for money and excellent performance.
They include many features that make the units suitable for both large and small operators.

    Twin & Quad rotor rakes

With widths from 6.5m – 12.5m the Massey Ferguson range of twin and quad rotor rakes deliver acre eating capacity and value for money.

All rakes feature fully sealed cam track, removable rotor and rake arms to give a long service life.

Triple wheels on the RK3875 and tandem bogies on the RK3877, RK3879 and RK3890 combine with the cardanic suspension of the rotor to give excellent contour following ability.

The 2 point linkage hitch controls the rear steering wheels to give true track following performance meaning minimal crop disturbance on the twin rotor models, while on the quad rotor model centre mounted wheels on the mainframe ensure true track following performance.

From the economical RK3875 right up to the quad RK3890 the range of twin and quad rotor rakes provides every operator with a good selection.

    Lely Splendimo Disc Mowers

All Splendimo disc mowers are fitted with a unique modular cutter bar. This Lely invention is made up of universal mowing units, which are directly driven by a flexible hexagonal shaft.

Consequently, this cutter bar contains far fewer gears than any other cutter bar, which results in outstanding output and saving on fuel.

    Lely Lotus Tedders

Timely tedding is important to ensure fast and even drying.
Sufficient output combined with a proper turning action limits the wilting period and, hence, the field period as well as any delay in re-growth

There are enormous differences between crop types, the various applications and the seasons.
Lely has for decades used its unique hook tines, which to a large extent determine the unique characteristics of the Lotus tedders, with great success. The biggest difference lies in the optimal use of the form and flexibility of these unique tines.
